la cloison pleine et ses décors variés
la cloison vitrée avec store, vitrophanie, en simple ou double vitrage en fonction des besoins acoustiques
la vitrée sur allège pour masquer le mobilier tout en conservant la lumière et la vue
la cloison imposte vitrée pour ne garder que la luminosité.

Toutes les options sont possibles même les plus surprenantes avec la cloison végétalisée, lumineuse, etc.
Il est bien entendu possible de mixer ce produit avec les cloisons à joint-creux et bord à bord qui font oublier la structure et offrent des lignes épurées…..et avec l’ensemble des produits de la gamme.

Les tests garde-corps sont réalisés à partir de cloisons standards en évitant d’ajouter des dispositifs disgracieux ou des accessoires coûteux qui compliqueraient la pose.

> FAITES LE TEST

La cloison garde-corps vitrée toute hauteur est ainsi montée de la même manière que la cloison classique avec simplement deux petites différences. Les couvre-joints sont glissés dans la lisse haute et basse ce qui ne rajoute rien au coût ni au temps de pose et les équerres sont doublées pour rigidifier l’ensemble.

Les autres produits garde-corps ne font guère plus de concession tout en garantissant la sécurité absolue des utilisateurs.

L’acoustique est un élément important à prendre en compte dans l’aménagement de locaux professionnels. Les cloisons autorisent différentes options certifiées par des procès-verbaux.

La pose de membranes bitumineuses dans les cloisons pleines ou l’utilisation de vitrage silence permettent d’augmenter considérablement l’acoustique tout en gardant des produits esthétiquement et techniquement identiques.

Dans un souci d’économie, nous avons étudié la cloison de 100 mm exclusivement en cloison pleine pour une utilisation en cloison de refend. Elle permet avec des remplissages et les profils standards d’obtenir des performances répondant aux nécessités du marché.

Ainsi, la cloison de 100 mm (1 plaque + laine 70 + 1 plaque) obtient les mêmes performances acoustiques que la cloison 78 mm (2 plaques + laine 60 + 1 plaque).

CLOISON GRANDE HAUTEUR

La cloison AVQUATION, dans sa version grande hauteur, répond aux demandes du marché. Testée à 5 mètres de hauteur et posée par nos clients jusqu’à 6 mètres, elle est composée des mêmes profils que le reste de la gamme.

L’angle carré deux directions est utilisé comme montant avec une trame plus ou moins proche en fonction de la hauteur et de la rigidité choisie.

CLOISON INDUSTRIELLE

La gamme AVQUATION a été conçue pour répondre aux nécessités du marché tertiaire mais aussi de l’industrie.

On peut ainsi réaliser des cabines d’atelier indépendantes avec faux plafonds intégrés, des cloisons pour plateformes ou encore pour séparer des zones de travail dans des ateliers.

De façon à garantir la fiabilité des produits, des tests garde-corps et de durabilité ont été passés dans les principales configurations. D’autres essais peuvent être effectués en quelques semaines en fonction des demandes spécifiques.

C’est cette fiabilité, ce sérieux et cette réactivité qui amènent nos clients à mettre en œuvre nos produits dans des usines de sociétés telles que SAFRAN, EADS, DAHERS, PEUGEOT et beaucoup d’autres.
